Dear Mr. Rider:
This letter is written as confu'mation that the City of Coppell has no objections to TU
Electric entering into an agreement with Ed Bell Construction Company, the City's
contractor for the Sandy Lake Road reconstruction project. The agreement will allow
the placement of a construction trailer on property owned by TU Electric on the south
side of Sandy Lake east of Dobecka Drive.
