Subject: Verizon Meeting
All,
I have set up a meeting with representatives of Verizon, ^tmos, TXU, Comcast, and their respective utility
locating contractors. This meeting has been called to discuss the accuracy and thoroughness of the utility
locates that are taking place in association with the Verizon FTTP project currently ongoing within the City
of Coppell.
The meeting is scheduled for next Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at 10:00am. In anticipation of a large
turnout, I have booked the large meeting room at the William T. Cozby Public Library.
