Dear Ms. La Mattina:
We are resubmitting the Infrastructure Plans for Vista Ridge {The Plaza) and have
addressed the comments submitted by the City of Coppell. We are providing storm
sewer, water and sanitary sewer for the six lots. The following is a list of explanations to
the comments:
1. This comment has been addressed. Stamped concrete has also been added at
the intersection of Plaza Boulevard and Highland Drive.
2. This comment has been addressed.
3. This comment has been addressed.
4. I am currently working with Mr. David Salmon, PE at the City of Lewisville to
receive the approval letter and I am working with Ms. Carla Bates at TxDOT to
receive approval on the permit.
A Plate 8B has been added to the plans to relocate the existing 8'x6' box culvert. This is
to accommodate the proposed landscaping and structures that JDB would like to
construct in Lot 8X. I have been told by Lewisville that the box is their responsibility, so I
have also submitted the box culvert relocation plan to Mr. Salmon. Please call me should
you have any questions.
