1. Paint vault lids blue
2. 3" drainage around vaults
3. Vault lids need handle
4. Vaults need brass plugs in ball valves, each vault (4 large, 4 small)
5. All DC's to be tested - vaults and domestic and irrigation
6. Mark all FH on curb in red and valve lids red
'i. '--Mark BOV on curb at blow off Valve in blue
8. Replace blow offbolt on cap and paint blue
9. Paint valve lids blue on 24" water line and meter can.
I0. Seal around pipes in vaults to stop leaking
11. Need brass plugs on domestic DC
12. Need brass plugs on irrigation DC
13. Irrigation test on DC
14. Recheck WAD holding at this time City to clean stub out
15. Paint manhole lid red and mark on curb WAD in red
