Suzsn,
Sorry, but I have a conflict with that time. Wednesday or Thursday at that same time would work for me.
If it would be easier for you, I would be glad to schedule directly with the inspector. Either way, I
appreciate your help.
Matt

Matt:
I talked with the inspector and he would like to meet on Tuesday, May 17 at 2:00 p.m. He will meet you
et the southeast comer of Royal and Sandy Lake. Please let me know if this is a convenient time for
you.
I talked with Charlene and we do not have the final plat or drawings on the Sandy Lake Crossing. I have
asked her to let me know when they are approved so that I can get a copy to you.

Suzan,
Thank you for the information. I would like to get a copy of the plans for the Sandy Lake Crossing so that
we can look at what they are planning to do.
We would be glad to meet with the inspector regarding the phase 1 developments. We have several

days open over the next three weeks in which we could meet. It looks like the week of May 16 is most
available. Let me know if there are any times during that week which could work for you.
Thanks,
Matt

Maff:
There have been plans submitted for a Sandy Lake Crossing - the plat has not been submitted yet. This
development is located west of the service station and McDonalds. Dallas County is widening the
intersection on the west side of the Sandy Lake/Denton Tap intersection - adding asphalt on the north
side of the roadway. I do not know of any other issues.
TXU has submitted revised relocation plans for Phase I and submitted the plans to Transmission for
review and approval. This process should take two to three weeks. The facilities will be on the north
side of the roadway until they reach State Road. If we get this issue resolved, I think we are just about
ready to advertise.
The inspector working on the on-going private developments along Phase I wants to meet with you some
time within the next three weeks to go over all of the new construction. The construction will change
some of the proposed improvements currently shown in the plans. Let me know when would be a good
time and I will get with Larry and try to set up a meeting.
Thanks

Good Morning Suzan,
Are you aware of any additional issues or comments that have come up from citizens within the phase 2
project limits since the public meeting? We would like to address these as we continue with the phase 2
preliminary construction plans. Thanks and have a nice day.
