Dear Ken:
I am truly sorry for missing the first regularly scheduled monthly progress meeting. It is
our responsibility to prepare the agenda and distribute it along with meeting reminders
prior to each meeting.
We had not anticipated starting the meetings until the contractor had moved on site and
started construction; however, given the complexity of the project, I do believe it is wise to
start the process immediately. We have added the meetings to our calendars for the third
Tuesday of every month for the next three years. The meetings will begin at 10:00 a.m. at
Coppell City Hall. We will distribute agendas and meeting reminders on the Friday prior
to each meeting.
