Dear Mr. Griffin:
Our utility subcontractor, M-Co Construction, has reconsidered their previously stated position
regarding the payment cut off time for DWU work. As a result, we request that each partial pay
estimate include the DWU quantities completed through the end of the appropriate pay period.
In an effort to assist with the documentation of the project and to verify the quantities measured
by DWU, M-Co has agreed to provide copies of the daily DWU "blue sheets" to the City of
Coppell. Basing the job to date pay quantities upon a summation of the daily quantities on the
DWU "blue sheets" will prevent the City of Coppell from overpayment problems. Please inform
our office of your decision regarding this issue.
