Dear Mr. Griffin:
Our utility subcontractor, M-Co Construction, has expressed a desire to start working on some of
the smaller storm sewer laterals and manholes as soon as possible. As you are aware, we are
currently looking at three locations as potential field office sites. We expect to have the field
office in place by the end of the month; however, M-Co would like to begin work prior to that
date. As a result, we request your approval to allow M-Co to begin work prior to the
establishment of the field office.
If approved, M-Co intends to begin work at the following locations:
1. Storm sewer lateral, STA 37+88 to STA38+55
2. Storm sewer, STA 51+22 to 'STA 54+80 -
3. Storm sewer, STA 55+70 to STA 63+78 '
4. Storm sewer, STA 80+85 to STA 101+17
5. Replace existing manholes west of Heartz Road.
Please inform our office of your decision as soon as possible. If you have any questions
regarding this information, don't hesitate to contact our office.
