On this date, HBC/Terracon's technician arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for
time slurry placement obse~¥ation. The following was observed.
HBC/Terracon's technician observed the lime application on Building C. The amount of
lime applied is unknown. The contractor has not submitted copies of the lime tickets as
of this date. Please see attached sketch for locations.
