We have reached a point in the complction of the River chase project that we must have prompt
action to continue the work. I have asked you to contact the City about the m~mhote at McArthur as to
he, her or not we vail have to raise th~s manhole. If we could use grade nngs th~a ~s a minor job. However
if we have to out the top offof the manhole this becomes a maior job. You indicated to me that you would
meet with the City on Friday about this and call me back. This'me~ing did not happen and I tried to contact
you on Friday about this and was told you were not in and would ~ot be back till Monday. If we do not get
a directive from you soon we cannot finish our work in a prompt fi[shion.
Thc next item that requires prompt action is the ftre hydrant relocation at McAt*,hur we havc
talked about this fire hydrant and it is my understanding thru a two-inch water service must be relocated. 1
need you to talk to the City' and get a letter or mmething more than someone told you that the location w-as
approved, We do not want to call a final inspection on this project and be rejected due to an item like this.
Also it has come to my attention that the paver covered some of the water valves in the paving we need
to uncover them now so we can regrade them to fit the paving, you want us to hurry and finish thc work 1
need you to handle these items or give me written in instruction to make the revision.q so wc can move on
them as soOn as possible, l£wc do not receive these directives writing we will not do them and you will be
delayed7
