Dear Mr. Olden:
In order for the Engineering Department to close out the referenced project, Pay Item I-4,
Site Restoration, needs to be completed to the satisfaction of the City of Coppell. Once this
item is addressed, the $3,000 for this Pay ltem, and the $7,849.50 in retainage can be
released and the project brought to a successful conclusion.
Therefore, please contact Garreth Campbell, Construction Inspector, at 972/304-3685 to
arrange a meeting at the site to discuss the status of this project.
