We wdl be happy to ~ssue an Early Grading Permit under the conditions that were discussed
w~th ~,e~th prewously. We do not, however, break ouL the utd~ty portion of the work into that
permit. At the time you are ready to apply for either an Early Grading Permit (grading only) or
Construction Development Permit (grachng, utd~t~es, flatwork), please submit the appropriate
permit apphcat~on, supporting documentation, plans to be stamped by th~s ofhce, and fees.
After rewew of the permit apphcat~on package, we can schedule a pre-con.

Keith,
The Plaza Infrastructure plans were resubmitted last Thursday. We have addressed the minor
comments except getting a letter from TxDOT and Lewisville. We are in the process of getting to you both of
those letters so we can schedule a grading preconstruction meeting.
We have a utility permit from TxDOT for the water line and sanitary sewer line connections in their
ROW, Can we also include the water and sanitary sewer construction with the grading precon?
