On behalf of JDB Coppell Village Plaza - Commercial, I being an authorized member of the
stated entity, hereby hold the City of Coppell harmless for engineering and construction
related activity associated with the excavation of Plaza Boulevard until such time that a
ddveway permit is secured from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the
connection along the S.H. 121 service road as shown on the construction plans. We will
operate outside of said TxDOT R.O.W. until the permit is granted.
