The subm~ttect package for review and Engineers stamp should include the permit apphcatlon,
the plans as described in your e-mall, the SOl and fees associated with the permit. A copy of
the grading contract is requ,red as "back-up'~ for fee calculations (as noted on the permit
a?pi~cat~on). No ~mpact fees wdl be due at th~s t~me. We wdl also need a s~gned original of the
hold harmless letter.
When the package ~s approved, the inspector' assigned to the s~te wdl contact you to
schedule the pre-con. When that can take place w,II depend on h~s schedule.
Make sure the plans indicate that paving is included in the set for grades only; no paving 12 to
take place under th~s permit.

I hope this e-mail, the e-mail from Carla Bates yesterday and the attached letter will allow us to proceed
with a grading preconstruction meeting. Is there any way we can have it tomorrow? Do we need to get plans to
you now to stamp or can I bring the necessary sets with me to the preconstruction meeting? The only sheets I
will include are the paving sheet (for top of curb grades), grading sheet, erosion control plan, final plat and cover
sheet. We are preparing the permit form to receive the early grading permit. Is there anything else you need to
let us proceed?

Casey, with reference to your request ,the City of LewJsville has no objection to the proposed Driveway/street
connections to Highland drive as shown on the plans. The project is still in review by all the other Departments
and you will be notified when the process is completed.
