Gentlemen:
TxDOT has reviewed the plans for the above-referenced project.
Conceptually, we approve of the location for the proposed street
connection in our right of way along the SH 121 westbound frontage road
just west of Ridgemont. However, approval of the Permit to Construct
Access Driveway Facilities on Highway Right of Way is contingent upon
our satisfactory review of the entire set of civil plans.
