Dowdey, Anderson & Associates 5225 Village Creek Dr., Suite 200 Plano TX 75093 RE: Villas at Lake Vista, Phase One Driveway Radii Dear Mr. Heischman: The Engineering Department has reviewed the two proposed options for placement of front-entry driveways at the above referenced location. The City's concern with the deviation from the Subdivision Ordinance lies beyond the maintenance of the radii in front of adjacent properties. Please submit a driveway plan for all lots in this phase that would be affected by the alternate driveway layout. The builder should be committed to this plan. Upon review of this plan, the City will give further consideration to allowing a driveway with a 5' radius 1.5' off the left property line.
