Phillip would handle any new construction issues and Warren would handle any
road-widening, alley projects or capital maintenance projects.

Non-published, private, dedicated phone number for Cities, utility companies, contractors,
builders and developers to report damaged or exposed cable lines, low hanging cable lines,
pole transfers, ped issues, unburied cable lines, or other cable related emergencies.
Comcast prioritizes critical outages when main/trunk cable lines are damaged; damages to a
feeder/express cable line follows; and damages to a single service line then follows.
Calls are received from 7 AM till 5 PM, Monday through Friday. However, there is an
emergency option should a main or feeder line be damaged. The caller would need to select
option 2. Emergency calls will be responded to 24-7. The non-emergency calls will go into
voice-mail after hours or on holidays. Damages to a single service drop line are considered a
non-emergency call. Single service drop lines will be repaired during normal business hours.
Non-emergency calls for ped issues, unburied cable lines, pole transfers, etc., will be
forwarded to the appropriate liaison/department/coordinator.
