Dear Mr. Givens:
On May 10, 2005, City Council awarded the referenced project to Pavement Services
Corp. A pre-construction conference on the referenced project has been scheduled for
Wednesday, May 25th, 2005 at 10:00 a.m., in the lobby conference room in Town
Center, at 255 Parkway Blvd. Please notify sub-contractors and any other interested
parties so that they may have a representative present. Also, contract documents will need
to be finalized and returned to the Engineering Department prior to the pre-construction
meeting.
