Dear Keith,
Please accept this letter as our request on behalf of McFadden & Miller to modify the specifications
for concrete paving on the referenced project. TXI has provided a concrete mix design which
utilizes 20% fly ash by weight. Subject to the recommencations and qualifications contained hi the
TXI docmnents, we request McFadden & Miller be allowed to use fly ash in the concrete tbr onsite
paving.
