Our office received a copy of the concrete mix design #8206 submittal for Coppell Trade Center dated
May 5, 2005 prepared for McFadden & Miller, Inc. by TXI Operations today. The City agrees to waive
its requirement for "no fly ash allowed" based on your request by letter dated May 24, 2005. The use of
the referenced concrete mix design will be permitted for pours not located in the City's Right of Way.
Any pours in the City's Right of Way may not contain fly ash.
