Dear Mr. Murphy:
In a letter dated May 12, 2005 you were notified that your company was awarded the contract for
the above referenced project. The letter was mailed to your attention and included contract
documents and a request to schedule a pre-construction conference by contacting me, Keith Marvin,
P.E., the Civil Engineer for this project.
Pursuant to our conversation of today, I have scheduled the meeting for Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at
2:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room at Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd.
Please bring three signed copies of the contract to the meeting where you will also receive the
Notice to Proceed letter to begin the project. The City of Coppell inspector assigned to the project is
Rick O'Dell. Please let me know in a timely manner if there is a conflict with this meeting date.
This is a time-sensitive project that must begin and end within the contract parameters. Thank you
