Suzan and Larry,
I have reviewed the testing reports from Texas CMT I do not have a
copy of Proctor No.1.
There are at least 6 of the 16 field test that do not meet spec.
however, there are no retests for those locations listed. I am
concerned that we are not verifying the reworking of the material
Whether or not the City is paid for the tests the results need to be
recorded to the City.
I hope we can get this straightened out before we go along the
alignment too far.
