On this date, HBC/-rerracon's technician arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled
for in-place density tests. After arriving at the job site, HBC/Terracon's technician was notified
that in-place density tests were cancelled due to nothing was ready for testing. The contractor
was still laying the 8-inch sanitary sewer. No in-place density t'~'' .~, _ ~...~rmed at the time
of this job site visit. ~
