Ron, Larry's comments are as follows:
1. Provide support for bond amount (copy of contract showing amount for subgrade excavation/fill, lime
stabilization, paving, sidewalk & stamped concrete) to accompany the sealed bond.
2. The bond must be presented with a raised seal and power of attorney attachment. The surety company
must be registered to provide coverage in the state of Texas.
Also, be aware that the bond period begins on the date of the final acceptance letter from the City of
Coppell Engineering Dept. A follow-up inspection will be performed prior to the lapse of the 2-yr period (or
before if problems arise).
