Major erosion on your tract [las bccn a long standing problem to the owners and tenants of this
building, but the City of Coppell }[as no jurisdiction in the matter, as both tracts are privately

solution Io the problem. I have enclosed copies el'digital photos taken at the site so that you can
recogni×c the extent to which your property is being eroded, and hoxv this erosion problem has
impacted their property.
