Rose Coppell Townhouses, LLC 410 Spinnaker Drive Allen TX 75013 RE: Riverchase Townhomes Addition Dear Mr. Rose: To help you prepare for the scheduling of a walk-through inspection, I am providing the following list of items that have been communicated to you during the course of the project. These items are not complete or have not been received as of this date. The items mentioned below are requirements for the final acceptance of work inspected by the Engineering Dept. 1. Remove all construction debris in and around project site. 2. Provide all SWPPP reports for the project. 3. All erosion control facilities must be in place and functioning. 4. Grass must be established in affected areas of MacArthur Park. 5. Adjustments must be made to the riprap at the outflow of the RCP. 6. Re-grade the flow line of the existing channel where construction of the retaining wall impedes drainage to the east. 7. Obtain from the Engineer of Record the following: a) Verification of paving elevations in Bethel School Court. b) Verification letter for lot grading elevations. c) Verification letter for lot pad elevations. 8. Provide a two-year maintenance bond for utility work (50% of price) with supporting documentation. 9. Provide a two-year maintenance bond for paving work (50% of contract price) with supporting documentation. 10. Provide an erosion control escrow check or bond (100% of cost of installation) ~vith supporting documentation. In addition, it appears that the proximity of the sanitary sewer line to the water services line does not meet clearance requirements, specifically the 9-foot TCEQ minimum clearance.
