work order who we used for the Brown Park East letter replacement.

I talked with Ken and Garreth about a request we have had to replace 2 letters on a subdivision entry sign
at the corner of Maplealeaf and Sandy Lake Rd.
When we were working on Sandy Lake Rd. they came up missing and it was thought that the construction
had caused the missing letters. We replaced them at that time, but now there is no construction so we
can't have the contractor replace them again. The entry sign is not on private property, but in public
right-of-way. The subdivision does not have an HOA. Normally, that is where we would send the citizen
to request the replacement.
Therefore, I have given you this history to ask you if you have a vendor that you could use to replace the 2
missing letters. The original letters were put up with screws, but when they were replaced with some kind
of adhesive they didn't stay up. Ken asked me to see if you could get Chuck or Dale to look at the
monument and get a price on replacing the 2 letters through your vendor (if you have one).

The letters for the sign on Mapleleaf and Sandy Lake Rd. have been ordered. It will take
approximately 2 weeks to receive the order. Upon receipt of the letters, they will be installed as soon
as possible.

At this point, Ken said he told Mr. Barnes in the message he left him is that we have done all we can
do, it will be their responsibility from this point forward.

Don't order anymore letters yet. Ken left a message with Ed Barnes and he never called back. But Ken
was going to tell him that we did not want to continuing replacing letters every week. I wonder if the
rest of the letters are glued or screwed into the wall?

Yes, Chuck installed the 2 new letters, but now there are 2 or 3 more missing letters (the I and the E for
sure). I need to get with Chuck to confirm and if so, we can order the additional letters. Someone
removed more letters after Chuck removed one to take to Fast Signs to match fonts.
