PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING POSTPONED
Dear Ms. Keene:
Due to information received from David Cherryholmes, I have postponed tke pre.-
construction meeting until further notice. David estimated that the start date will be July
1st due to excess time being required on another job. Please notify me when you know
the exact start date so that I can re-schedule the meeting to occur prior to work beginning
on the project.
Also, please arrange for delivery of the signed contract documents to this office as soon
as possible. Your contract time will begin on July 1, 2005. If work begins prior to July
1~t the calendar days for the contract will begin on that day. If you have any questions
concerning this project, feel free to contact me.
