Per our discussion today at the site, it strongly appears that the damage at Moore Rd and
Havencrest was caused by the installation of Time Warner facilities. As we discussed, the
contractor must contact our Street Operations Manager, Per Birdsall, to coordinate the repair to
our standards and satisfaction. He can be reached at 972-462-5171.
