I have also made an additional change per the direction of the home builder, I moved the irrigation meter that was along MacArthur to the amenity center and removed the 1" meter/service that was originally there. The builder will serve the landscaping and amenity center off the one 2" meter, Please recalculate the impact fees accordingly. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, Thanks, Daniel Received by: Date received: Page 1 of 2 Charlene LaMattina From: To: Date: CC: "Daniel Heischman" <DHeischman~daa-civil.com> <clamattina~ci.coppell.tx.us>, <kmarvin@ci.coppell.tx.us> 5/4/2005 2:25 PM "Mark Wakeland" <MarkW~WakelandProperties.com>, "Rodney Louviere" <rlouviere~daa- civil.com>, <steveb@hwhomes.com>, <toates@ci.coppell.tx.us> Charlene/Keith: Per our conversations, the last remaining issue for approval to our construction plans is the resolution for bringing water service to each individual town home unit with sufficient pressure/flow for domestic use and fire protection. The builder believes a 1" service/meter will be adequate for providing domestic and fire protection to each unit. Steve Burke, with Hawkins-Welwood Homes, will provide Tim Oates with the necessary calculations in the next couple of days. The builder would also like to increase the size of the irrigation services/meters to have them all at 2". In addition, we would like to move all water services and sanitary sewer laterals to 1' off the property lines at we are proposing with the front entry product. This is in order to prevent conflicts between water meters with the sidewalks coming from the front door of the town homes to the street (as shown on detail faxed to you). The changes will be reflected on the two sheets of the Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan within our construction plans. Please provide us with the revised impact fee calculations per the above mentioned changes. Upon the Engineering Department's and Tim Oates' approval, we will pay the associated fees and proceed to set up a preconstruction meeting wi.th the City. Please contact me if you have any questions and/or if any the above is unclear or incorrect. Sincerely, Daniel Heischman, P.E. Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc. (972)931-0694 P.S.
