Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Hoagland:
The City of Coppell has performed a preliminary walk-through inspection on the above referenced
project. There are issues remaining that must be complete before a final walk-through can be
scheduled. They are as Follows:
1. Complete itcms on punchlist from first walk-through.
2. Submit preliminary as-built plans for revicw.
3. Provide maintenance bond for paving work.
Once these items have been completed, please contact me to schedule a final walk-through for the
