Grantors hereby grant unto Grantees the right of Ingress and egress over Grantors' adjacent lands for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating, and removing said storm sewer and driveway improvements. Grantors acknowledge that the consideration recited above Includes compensation for any and all positive cr negative property value Impact to the "Tract" resulting from original construction by Grontse~. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, either expressed cr implied, Grantors retain unto themselves, their [nvitees, their heirs, successors and assigns, complete, unhlndered and uncontrolled right of Ingress and egress o~er and across sold easements at any point whatsoever without requiring any consent cr approval from anyone whatsoever.
