Asbury Manor Subdivision
I am a board member of the Asbury Manor HOA and I am very concerned about
recent storm water runoff flowing through our subdivision. It appears the
construction North of Sandy Lake Rd. between Coppell Rd. and 121 does not
have proper erosion control. We had some interaction in the past regarding
standing water in our drainage canal due to City construction on the south
end of the canal. After much discussion with the City of Coppell and Ryland
Homes, our HOA paid to re-grade our canal.
Mr. Griffin, we are a very small HOA with limited funds, we cannot afford to
have this unnecessary silt build up in our subdivision. Thanks in advance
for you cooperation on this matter.
