RE: Damages to 815 Mullrany Drive, Coppell TX
To Whom It May Concern:
On Friday May 27, 2005 I met with Mr. Kumar Subramaniam, owner of the property referenced
above. Thc meeting took place onsite at 815 Mullrany Dr. We looked at the slope and fill area
outside his fence and thcn looked at the area inside his fence. We both agreed that the area
outside the fence is OK.
Inside the fence he showed me four dead slm~bs and the gate that has been reinstalled but does
not open easily. Mr. Subramaniam is also concerned about who will be responsible for any
further problems resulting from the work done near his property. These issues must be resolved
prior to the issuance ora letter of acceptance by the City of Coppell.
