I. Need pad around City sewer clean out at first lot
4. Lot 25 cannot see swipt on City sewer clean out
5. Lot 8 City sewer clean out replace crimped pipe

6. Utility maintenance bond.
7. Erosion control bond or escrow check
8. Sod in MacArthur Park from project to the existing water main at MacArthur Blvd.
9. Grade to drain the existing channel at the wall at the end of cul-de-sac and place
erosion control devices.
10. Minimum separation between water service and sanitary sewer service should be 9
11. Repair or replace all existing erosion control on the project.
