Rose Coppell Townhouscs, I.LC 410 Sphmaker Drive Allen TX 75013 RE: Riverchase Townhomes Addition Dear Mr. Rose: As a result of the walk-through inspection conducted this week, 1 am providing the following list of items that have been communicated to you during the course of the project. These following items are not complete or have not becn received as of this date. The items mentioned below are requirements for the final acceptance of work inspected by the Engineering Dept. I. Provide all SWPPP reports for the projecl monthly. 2. All erosion control facilities must be in place and functioning - repair or replace cx~stmg facilities as needed. 3. Place sod in affected arcas of MacArthur Park. 4. Adjustments must be made to the riprap at the outflow of the RCP. 5. Re-grade the flow line of the existing channel whcre construction of the retaining xvall impedes drainage to tile east. 6. Obtain from the Engineer of Record the following: a) Updated verification letter for lot grading elevations. b) Updated x crification letter tbr lot pad ele`,'ations. 8. Provide a t,ao year maintenance bond for utility v, ork (50% of contract price) with supporting documentation. 9. Provide a two-year maintenance bond for paving x~ork (50% of contract price) with supporting documcntation. 10. Provide an erosion control escrow check or bond (100% of cost of installation) with supporting documentation. 11. Complete the drives at curb opening. 12. Clean out the inlets and RCP. 13. Grade to drain properly fi'om Lots 2-9 to the inleL 14. Check note on Grading Plan regarding thc retaining ;',all. 15. Letter from Engineer of Record stating thai tile separation of water and sanitary sewer services meets TCEQ requirements. Once these items have been colnpteted, please contact me to schednle a follow-up inspection for final acceptance of the project.
