Suzan,
I have received word from both TXU Transmission and Brazos Electric
Cooperative that our permits to place overhead power lines in the
transmission ROW has been declined. Brazos is planning an upgrade to line
in the next 2-3 years, and they don't want our lines causing clearance
problems at that time. So, Jerry Bates and myself would like to set up a
meeting with you and Ken Gdffin pretty soon to discuss our options.
Please coordinate with Ken on a date and time and let me know. I'll contact
Jerry and we'll try and accommodate your schedule.
