Ken is in and out for the rest of this month and is gone most of the time in June. Unfortunately, his secretary is also out this week. As you know, I em trying to final the plans so we probably need to meet as soon as possible. Thanks Suzan >>> "Brook Barefoot" <Brook. Barefoot@dukeconstructiononline.com> 05/23/05 2:00 PM >>> Suzan, As we discussed a few minutes ago, we are in the early stages of planning for two more buildings on Bethel Road in our Freeport North at Freeport Parkway development. Based on information you have shared with me recently about plans for the Bethel Road improvements, it does not appear that any median openings are now anticipated along our frontage west of Freeport Parkway. We believe it will be important for eastbound traffic on Bethel Road to be able to make a left turn into these new building sites, so we would appreciate it if Coppell would consider incorporating some median openings into the Bethel Road plans consistent with the driveway locations shown on the attached preliminary site plan. In addition to the Bethel Road median openings, we would also like to pursue another median opening in Freeport Parkway to provide improved access to the driveway shown on this site plan on the west side of Freeport Parkway. Besides improving access for the west side of Freeport Parkway, it would also allow for left turns to me made into and out of the future building at the northeast corner of Freeport and Bethel. This median opening would be similar to one we added in the past near the north end of Freeport Parkway that serves lots on both sides of Freeport. We look forward to your comments after you have an opportunity to review this plan in conjunction with the proposed Bethel Road work. We will be happy to come meet with you as needed to discuss this further before we begin the actual site plan submittal process for these next two buildings. Please feel free to call me at (972)361-6714 with any comments or questions.
