Thanks for the update. Once approval has been granted by TXDoT we will
schedule a preconstruction conference for the work within the City of
Ceppell. De you want to have a representative at that meeting to discuss
the work that falls within your right of way, or will that be addressed
along with the balance of the City of Lewisville work?

To Whom it May Concern.
The City of Lewisville has approved the construction plans for The Plaza
Infrastructure. We are waiting on confirmation from TXDOT that the permit
has been approved. The final plat for the Lewisville portion of the
property is tentatively scheduled for the June 21st P&Z.
