This appears to be a change in the pad location as per the approved engineering plans and may also alter the approved drainage on portions of the development. Changes to the building footprint and the approved site plan shall be submitted and approved through thc planning departlnent. In no case shall the building extend into the required rear yard set back or the platted drainage and utility easement. Pad elevations and densities shall be in accordance xvith the approved engineering plans for the entire pad site.
