Dear Mr. Rose:
As a result of the most recent walk-through inspection conducted, I am providing the following
list of items that are requirements for the final acceptance of work inspected by the Engineering
Dept.
1. Provide all SWPPP reports for the project monthly.
2. All erosion control facilities must be in place and functioning - repair or replace
existing facilities as needed.
3. Place sod in affected areas of MacArthur Park / maintain to final growth.
4. Re-grade the flow line of the existing channel where construction of the retaining
wall impedes drainage to the east.
5. Grade to drain properly from Lots 2-9 to the inlet.
6. Provide as-built plans.
Once these items have been completed, please contact me to schedule a follow-up inspection for
final acceptance of the project.
