Dear Mr. Weber:
During the June progress meeting held last week, Gary Pryor mentioned that he
did not have a set of plans for the 66" storm drain modifications on the south
side of Sandy Lake Road at Moore Road. After the meeting, I verified that
plans had been sent on August 4t~ of last year. These plans included
modifications to both the 66" storm drain and the 21" storm drain (the 21"
storm drain work was completed last year). Please check to see if you still
have these plans. If not, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will
provide additional sets as necessary.
The next monthly progress meeting is scheduled for July 18a. We look
forward to your attendance, as it is vital in our efforts to resolve problems with
the project and maintain project schedule. Please contact me if an emergency
precludes your attendance so that I can reschedule the meeting.
