RE: Riverside Church of Christ Parking Expansion
Dear Mr. Kelly:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
l. Provide a copyofthe filed plat within the plan set.
2. Paving Plan construct ADA ramps and sidewalk adjacent to Northlake Drive within the public
right-of-way and the public right-of-way adjacent to the expansion.
3. The City of Coppell's Standard Paving Details call for lime stabilization under all paving. An
exception can be made if the design engineer requests a variance to add an extra inch to the
concrete thickness. The concrete thickness appears to be an extra inch however we have not
received a specific request to waive thc lime stabilization requirement.
4. You will need to cut to the closest joint and do a full replacement of that section cut where the
street is proposed to be cut for the installation of the 21" RCP. It shall be a full-depth sawcut. An
appropriate Traffic Control Plan shall be developed and submitted so that half of the street can
remain open at any given time.
5. Show the existence of a drainage casement for the offsitc 24" RCP on the west side of the site
connecting to the inlet on the adjacent property.
When all changes have been made, please submit for stamping three sets of revised plans for City use
and the nmnber of sets the contractor will need onsite. With that submittal, please include a
Construction Development Permit application along with the appropriate inspection fees (2% and 4%
as indicated on Pagc 3 of the pemfit application). Provide documcntation of the contracts upon which
your inspection fee calculations are based. In addition, submit the SWPPP information (NOI and/or
Construction Site Notice). Once these items have been received, a pre-construction conference can be
