Dear Mr. Kelly:
At this time it appears that the contractor has begun working onsite without a permit or approved
drawings. Work activity must cease until the time that drawings are approved, a permit is issued and
appropriate fees are paid. The contractor should take immediate steps to protect the public from the
impediment caused by the sawcut and removal of the curb and gutter in the area of this project.
