Here are the SWPPP reports f,~t the month of June. I have also included a letter from our Engineer of
record [)on Peebles regarding ~qe (htch to the east of our properD'. He "shot" the g~ades of the ditch
and found only .5' ,of fall to a, point 21)(} feet not:th of thc footbridge 'That is roughly 700' from the
south east corner of ottr property. In addition, the natural water level appears to be 1 to 2 inches above
the bottom of the cbt(-h. '~'e have made the grading adlustments as tetluested by yoU~ engtr~eering
department. B7c continue to lq~avflv water our sodded .areas to assure Omi it is successfully estabhshed
and wflJ conmme to do so un~/ objected othet~'ise. The final dra~nag~ will be maintained and finally
established for lots 1-4 & 5-8 ~o the area dram upon the placement of the permanent landscaping in
these a.teas and the removal ot the temp~ ~raD' trailer. (;urrenfly Verizon and Comcast are trenching and
working along this properD' hne.
