Fee Assessment Letter
Dear Mr. Burger:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the
Development Fee calculations for the referenced development
Due to this site having been previously developed, some Impact Fees have already been paid. Currently
no Roadway Impact Fees are due to the City of Coppell (This amount typically is the portion of the
assessed fees that need to be paid to the Engineering Department prior to filing of the final plat) The
addition of the DDC did result in additional Water Impact Fees. Note that the collection of Water and
Sewer Impact Fees is delayed by the Texas Legislature, under Senate Bill 243 until the issuance of a
Building Permit. Please provide a copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract to our office so the 2% &
4% construction inspection fee can be verified. The construction inspection fees must be paid prior to the
scheduled pre-construction meeting and issuance of the Construction Development Permit.
The additional tees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by
separate check at the new Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be ordered
when those fees are paid.
Appropriate payment of'the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project We look
