Refund of Inspection Fees, Vista Ridge Addition
Construction inspection fees were paid on June 22, 2005 for infrastructure installation in
Vista Ridge Addition, Lots 1R-8, Block D (The Plaza). Part of this project is within the city
limits of Lewisville. Some of the items on the permit were inadvertently calculated as though
they were in the City of Coppell. Fees paid for the box culvert and turn lanes should be refunded
to the developer because those are not in our city limits. The total refund comes to $3,126.1 I.
