replacement of a proposed 70' light standard with an 80' tall pole, allowing
placement of telecommunication antennae on the pole, with an equipment
cabinet at the base, to be located at 345 Freeport Parkway (Wagon Wheel
Park), at the request of Dave Kirk, T-Mobile.
