Dear Mr. Marvin,
Enclosed are the jobs currently in progress and a list of projects that have been completed, a copy of a letter of
recommendation from Mr. Clyde Martin, the president of The First National Bank of Central Texas, a general
credit application that includes a list of suppliers, and the most recent financial statement I have, which is June 2004.
My CPA, Fred Dulock, with Dulock and Company, will be doing the December 2004, financials soon, hopefully by the
end of this mo~th.
The equipment that will be available for this project is as follows:
200 Kobelco Excavator
4 Wheel Drive Tractor Backhoe
400 Kobelco Excavator
2 Boring Machines
All other equipment necessary to complete the project will be rented.
The personnel that will be on this project is as follows:
David Cherryholmes, Superintendent. David has over 20 years experience in the utility contracting business.
Rigoberto Ontivems, Foreman/Oparator. Rigoberto has over 10 years experience.
Juan Cebellos, PipalayedLaborer. Juan Cebellos has over 6 years experience.
Ftdet Piedm, Pipalayer/Laborer. Fidel has over 6 years experience.
Juan Piedra, Pipelayer/Laborer. Juan Piedm has 3 years experience.
I have also enclosed a few of my business cards, and a SS-4 Form which is the Application for Employer ID Number,
that I assume will show proof of a permanent place of business since April 1997. Please call me if you need any
