I have ruts ir~ my yard from the fiber optic cable contractor's trailer that has been burying ail the cable in my area. I
contacted the contractor (Klassmeyer or something like that) on April 26 about this to see about getting the ruts
filled in. The person that took my call said that someone would be in touch with me about this. So far this hasnt
happened. Also, they have resodded a different part of my yard where they did some digging. The sod looks pretty
dead and T have doubts that the sod is going to come back to life. I am still waiting to see if it is going to green up
or not. I was just curious if there is any recourse through the city if these guys dont follow through on correcting the
problem(s). Thanks
